Alasan Koperasi kalah saing dengan BUMN dan Perusahaan Swasta

A.     Pengertian Koperasi

Pelaku ekonomi Indonesia ada tiga yaitu BUMN / BUMD, koperasi dan BUMS (swasta). Dengan demikian eksistensi koperasi absah di Indonesia, bahkan diharapkan dapat menjadi soko-guru perekonomian Indonesia. Meskipun tujuan ideal koperasi sebagai soko guru dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun peran koperasi kalah jauh dibandingkan BUMN / BUMD apalagi dengan BUMS. Koperasi berasal dari bahasa Latin, yaitu “CO” yang berarti bersama dan “OPERARE”  berarti bergerak berusaha. Jadi secara singkat dalam koperasi harus ditunjukkan kebersamaan dalam menjalankan usaha (Suratal HW, 1993).

Menurut UU Nomor 25/1992, koperasi adalah badan usaha yang beranggotakan orangseorang atau badan hukum koperasi, dengan melandaskan kegiatannya berdasarkan prinsip koperasi sekaligus sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat, yang berdasarkan atas asas kekeluargaan

B.     Mengapa koperasi kalah saing dengan perusahaan swasta?

 Ada banyak alasan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut,diantaranya:

1. Imej koperasi sebagai ekonomi kelas dua masih tertanam dalam benak orang – orang Indonesia sehingga, menjadi sedikit penghambat dalam pengembangan koperasi menjadi unit ekonomi yang lebih besar ,maju dan punya daya saing dengan perusahaan – perusahaan besar.

2. Koperasi berkembang di indonesia bukan dari kesadaran masyarakat, tetapi muncul dari dukungan pemerintah yang disosialisasikan ke bawah. Di Indonesia, pemerintah bekerja double selain mendukung juga harus mensosialisasikanya dulu ke bawah sehingga rakyat menjadi mengerti akan manfaat dan tujuan dari koperasi.

3. Tingkat partisipasi anggota koperasi masih rendah, ini disebabkan sosialisasi yang belum optimal. Masyarakat yang menjadi anggota hanya sebatas tahu koperasi itu hanya untuk melayani konsumen seperti biasa, baik untuk barang konsumsi atau pinjaman. Artinya masyarakat belum tahu esensi dari koperasi itu sendiri, baik dari sistem permodalan maupun sistem kepemilikanya.

4. Manajemen koperasi yang belum profesional, ini banyak terjadi di koperasi koperasi yang anggota dan pengurusnya memiliki tingkat pendidikan yang rendah.. Contohnya banyak terjadi pada KUD KUD yang nota bene di daerah terpencil.

5. Pemerintah terlalu memanjakan koperasi, ini juga menjadi alasan kuat mengapa koperasi Indonesia tidak maju maju. Koperasi banyak dibantu pemerintah lewat dana dana segar tanpa ada pengawasan terhadap bantuan tersebut.

6. Prinsip koperasi Rochdale bagian kerjasama dan sukarela serta terbuka , tidak dijalankan dengan baik di Indonesia. Keanggotaan koperasi hanya berlaku untuk yang seprofesi, misal koperasi nelayan anggotanya nelayan saja, koperasi guru anggotanya guru saja. Ini menyebabkan pergerakan koperasi tidak maksimal, walaupun sudah di bentuk koperasi sekunder tetapi belum mampu menyatukan kerja sama antar koperasi yang berbeda beda jenis.

C.      Solusi agar koperasi mampu bertahan

Berikut adalah beberapa solusi agar koperasi mampu bertahan:

1. Mengganti Imej koperasi yang masih kelas dua menjadi kelas pertama. Dengan memperkenalkan koperasi lebih gencar dan menonjolkan kelebihan-kelebihan koperasi.

2. Menambahkan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat akan keunggulan-keunggulan koperasi.

3. Menambah Tingkat partisipasi anggota koperasi. Dengan meningkatkan sosialisasi yang secara optimal kepada anggota koperasi.

4. Meningkatkan kinerja manajeman koperasi.

5. Membiarkan koperasi menjadi badan usaha yang mandiri dengan tidak selalu memberikan dana segar kepada koperasi.

6. Menjadikan koperasi sebagai badan usaha terbuka dan menyatukan kerja sama antar koperasi.

Walt Disney was born on December 5, 1901 in Chicago Illinois, to his father Elias Disney, and mother Flora Call Disney. Walt was one of five children, four boys and a girl.

After Walt's birth, the Disney family moved to Marceline Missouri, Walt lived most of his childhood here.
Walt had very early interests in art, he would often sell drawings to neighbors to make extra money. He pursued his art career, by studying art and photography by going to McKinley High School in Chicago.
Walt began to love, and appreciate nature and wildlife, and family and community, which were a large part of agrarian living. Though his father could be quite stern, and often there was little money, Walt was encouraged by his mother, and older brother, Roy to pursue his talents.

During the fall of 1918, Disney attempted to enlist for military service. Rejected because he was under age, only sixteen years old at the time. Instead, Walt joined the Red Cross and was sent overseas to France, where he spent a year driving an ambulance and chauffeuring Red Cross officials. His ambulance was covered from stem to stern, not with stock camouflage, but with Disney cartoons.
Once Walt returned from France, he began to pursue a career in commercial art. He started a small company called Laugh-O-Grams, which eventually fell bankrupt. With his suitcase, and twenty dollars, Walt headed to Hollywood to start anew.

After making a success of his "Alice Comedies," Walt became a recognized Hollywood figure. On July 13, 1925, Walt married one of his first employees, Lillian Bounds, in Lewiston, Idaho. Later on they would be blessed with two daughters, Diane and Sharon .
In 1932, the production entitled Flowers and Trees(the first color cartoon) won Walt the first of his studio's Academy Awards. In 1937, he released The Old Mill, the first short subject to utilize the multi-plane camera technique.

On December 21, 1937, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the first full-length animated musical feature, premiered at the Carthay Theater in Los Angeles. The film produced at the unheard cost of $1,499,000 during the depths of the Depression, the film is still considered one of the great feats and imperishable monuments of the motion picture industry. During the next five years, Walt Disney Studios completed other full-length animated classics such as Pinocchio, Fantasia, Dumbo, and Bambi.
Walt Disney's dream of a clean, and organized amusement park, came true, as Disneyland Park opened in 1955. Walt also became a television pioneer, Disney began television production in 1954, and was among the first to present full-color programming with his Wonderful World of Color in 1961.
Walt Disney is a legend; a folk hero of the 20th century. His worldwide popularity was based upon the ideals which his name represents: imagination, optimism, creation, and self-made success in the American tradition. He brought us closer to the future, while telling us of the past, it is certain, that there will never be such as great a man, as Walt Disney.

Yaaap ! It is the name of the country where I live today . Countries that have been independent since August 17, 1945 , the formerly highly respected by the major countries in the world it is one of the United States . Take a look at the picture below !

Seen first President of Indonesia , Ir.Soekarno who was shaking hands with Dag Hammarskjold came from Sweden . Dag Hammarskjold was the second UN secretary general . When we look , the hand who is on top ? If you pay attention to it well , it would seem Ir.Soekarno hands were on top . This proves that he is a leader who has great leadership and respected by other state officials . I as a lay student , very proud Indonesian leaders have been as good as he ..

But this time , I felt almost as good as he is no leader . Every time I turn on the news show on television , again the news about cases of corruption committed by state officials , cases of riot by students, or young men who died from binge drinking . So keep the news I consume each day so it looks as if all the cliches .

I'm confused , . In which country I currently live ? Said the people closest to me , I live in the country called Indonesia . But is not the first country of Indonesia in respect by the major countries in the world ? What makes the situation different from the state of Indonesia Indonesia once ? Many say that it happened because Indonesia is not a leader like Ir.Soekarno first statesman .

At first I did not believe by the man -talk ! But over time , I saw poverty in Indonesia is growing. And at that moment I read the news that our current president is creating an album . Does he not know that he led the country is currently in distress ? Is the first Ir.Soekarno and other great leaders of the country's leaders never make an album as well as they still existed as President ?

Lately I am also getting sad when I saw the president grant pardons for 5 years to Schapelle Corby . One Australian citizen convicted in a case of Narcotics . A person who was dubbed the Queen of Marijuana is given clemency by the president when his people are fighting against drugs . I as a lay student , said that this was the wrong decision of the President . But I'm sure it will not be listened to state officials . Because I'm just a layman students .

Education in Indonesia is not showing significant progress . Until recently I attended a state high schools in Bogor and at this school I did not feel a sense of comfort . With money spp that is quite high , I think this school has not used such costs to the fullest . In my view as a lay student , the teachers at my school are still many who are less competent in teaching . For instance , I 've got a question paper from a teacher , but such questions do not look like the type to use a computer , but on paper worksheets that HVS paste on paper and in multiply . What is perhaps in the era of hyper- advanced like this , he has not understood how to use a computer ?

I really do not understand ..
Does the school does not have the funds to replace teachers who like it ? Is not that such teachers will only make quality school so downhill ?

If currently all teachers in the same school with one of my favorite teacher Mr. Rully . He is still relatively new to teach in school . But he does not just teach a class on any subject matter . He also gives the motivations which builds that we be the generation that will change for the better Indonesia again .

This morning seen two students who were spoken in a campus garden. They named Reza and Aris. They were discussing about the economy in Indonesia and about business opportunities.

ARIS   :Hello..good morning Za.

REZA  :Haii good morning Ris.

ARIS   :How are you?

REZA  :I am fine,thank you,And you?

ARIS   :I am fine too.

REZA  :What are you doing here?

ARIS   :Nothing. I only sit here.

REZA  :O yeah, Ris.What do you think about the economical condition of indonesian societies nowadays?

ARIS   :I think that the economical condition of Indonesian societies nowadays is better than before. It can be proven from the data that has been valid,that stated that the poverty level of society in Indonesia is decreased.it is about 25 percents.

REZA  :Wow, That’s great. there are recently news says rupiah Is predicted will be number 1 in asia?

ARIS   :Indonesian economy that is actually very promising.

Some analysts predicted that Rupiah will rise from the worst position to be the number one among other Asian currencies this year.

REZA  : Whether there are factors that maintain the stability of the rupiah?

ARIS   : There are several factors that will allegedly keep the Rupiah. One of them, a steady growth of the Indonesian economy and the reduce of trade deficit. Two factors are again the main attraction for foreign funds to re-invest in Indonesia.

REZA  : the economic problems in Indonesia today there any disadvantages?

ARIS   : of course, Government must also remember some weaknesses that Indonesia's economic structure needs to be addressed now.Indonesia's economic weakness is in the trade deficit. Currently due to larger imports than exports then it makes more Indonesian trade balance to be deficit. Moreover, the largest import of oil and gas.As the impact, the deficit and the high pressure gas imports that led to the weakening of the rupiah

REZA  : whether it be a factor weakness?

ARIS   : moreover,factors are again the main attraction for foreign funds to re-invest in Indonesia.Though foreign investors intending to invest in Indonesia as it will look up the bureaucratic infrastructure. If not good, then foreign investors will pull out of Indonesia.

REZA  : I am very agree with your opinion. but I have another opinion that Indonesia's economy so much better. You should listen to me

ARIS   : Oh yeah? What is it?

REZA  :  Indonesia should be able to create more entrepreneurs. because when in Indonesia many who become entrepreneurs, unemployment decreases, state revenues will increase if there are companies that export to overseas. Welfare of the people of Indonesia can also be guaranteed.

ARIS   :  I agree with your opinion. But what do you think the Indonesian government should do in order to achieve those goals?

REZA  : In my opinion, the government should more often provide socialization of entrepreneurs to the world community at large. Education employers should be introduced early. Because this time what happens is education in Indonesia tend to be smart people creating academically and hard skills only. Then what happens is a lot of college graduates are unemployed. Because they can not compete with people who excel in their soft skills. Whereas in the world of work, soft skills into effect which is about 80% larger than the hard skills are just so supporting the 20%. Because soft skill Indonesian people are still minimal, the majority of Indonesia's population is only aimed at finding a job is not creating jobs.

ARIS   :Well I am so interested to become entrepreneurs. But I do not know what I have to sell. Moreover I was afraid of interrupting my lecture.

REZA  : Do not worry! My uncle is a businessman said that many business opportunities are available for students like us. Examples of her dress making business, selling flash and so on. We do not need to open a store to sell but simply selling through online. That way we can still start doing small steps to become an entrepreneur without having to disrupt lectures.

ARIS   : Alright. I became a passion to be entrepreneurs in Indonesia so that the economy is better. Thank you reza.

REZA  : You’re welcome.

ARIS   : By the way, the lecturer has begun to enter. We have to hurry to class.

Boeing checks 787 Dreamliners for wing cracks (source: bbc.com)

Boeing is checking Dreamliner planes being produced in the US for potential "hairline cracks" in their wings.

The move came after Japanese supplier Mitsubishi Heavy Industries warned Boeing that a change in its manufacturing process may cause cracks.

Boeing said the issue may affect nearly 40 planes and there may be "some delays in deliveries".

However, it added that it was confident "the issue does not exist in the in-service fleet".

"The affected areas are very small and the time required to address the issue will vary between one and two weeks," the company said in a statement.

"There may be some delays in deliveries, but we expect no impact to 2014 delivery guidance."

The firm's shares fell 1% in after-hours trading on the news.

Safety concerns

The 787 Dreamliner is considered to be one of the most advanced planes in the industry. However, the jet has been hit by a series of issues.

Last year, its entire fleet in operation was grounded by regulators amid safety concerns.

If followed a fire that broke out in one of Japan Airlines' 787 Dreamliners, and a battery fault which forced an All Nippon Airways (ANA) flight to make an emergency landing.

The planes have since been given the permission to fly again and Boeing has redesigned the battery system. However, the precise cause of the problem was never conclusively proved.

The plane has also suffered other issues over the past few months.

In July last year, a fire broke out on a 787 jet operated by Ethiopian Airlines while it was parked at London's Heathrow Airport. It was traced to the upper rear part of the plane where a locator transmitter is placed.

In August, ANA said it had found damage to the battery wiring on two 787 locator transmitters during checks.

US carrier United Airlines also found a pinched wire during an inspection of one of its six 787s.

Later in the year, one of the two engine-protecting anti-ice systems failed on a jet operated by Japan Airlines.

Despite these issues, the plane continues to remain popular and Boeing has received orders for more than 1,000 jets since its launch.

The aircraft-maker has forecast sales of 3,300 planes by the year 2030.

Because the aircraft wing cracks can cause harmful effects to the user and his passengers. Many criticisms directed at aircraft company Boeing 787 Dreamliner, is expected to encourage them to maintain and develop the quality of their aircraft even when they make these aircraft are included in the most advanced aircraft in the industry"

PENGERTIAN HIDUP

                Hidup adalah suatu hubungan pertalian antara ruh dan jasad serta hubungan dan reaksi antara keduanya. M. Mutawalli Asy-Sya'rawi mengatakan, bahwa kehidupan tidak terbatas hanya pada kehidupan jin dan manusia, tapi mencakup semua makhluk yang ada di alam ini. Beliau menganggap salah selama ini orang-orang terlanjur mendefenisikan makhluk hidup itu sebagai sesuatu yang dapat merasa dan bergerak, padahal yang sebenarnya makhluk hidup itu semua benda yang dapat melaksanakan fungsinya di alam ini.

                Al Quran juga menjelaskan bahwa benda padat bisa menangis (QS. Al-Dukhan:29), bisa mendengar (QS Fushshilat:11) dan bisa berbicara (QS. al-anbiya:79;al-Isra:44).

                Tuhan YME telah menciptakan hambanmya untuk menyembah kepadanya, serta menguji keimanan nya. Apabila hambanya beriman, maka Tuhan akan memberikan kenikmatan dan kebaikan di alam akhirat nanti. Namun apabila hambanya tidak beriman dan selalu berbuat keburukan, maka Tuhan akan memberikan siksa dan kesengsaraan di alam akhirat nanti.

Firman Allah menerangkan :

Sesungguhnya Kami telah menjadikan apa yang di bumi sebagai perhiasan baginya, agar Kami menguji mereka siapakah di antara mereka yang terbaik perbuatannya.(QS. Al-Kahfi: 7)

PENGERTIAN KEMATIAN

Mati adalah keaadan dimana hubungan antara ruh dan jasad telah terputus. Mati berbeda dengan tidur , tetapi bisa juga memiliki arti yang sama namun tetaplah berbeda.  Karena tidur adalah keadaan dimana terputusnya hubungan antara ruh dan jasad, namun bersifat sementara.

Firman Allah menjelaskan :

Allah memegang jiwa (orang) ketika matinya dan (memegang) jiwa (orang) yang belum mati di waktu tidurnya; Maka Dia tahanlah jiwa (orang) yang telah Dia tetapkan kematiannya dan Dia melepaskan jiwa yang lain sampai waktu yang ditetapkan.. Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu terdapat tanda- tanda kekuasaan Allah bagi kaum yang berfikir. (QS. Al-Zumar: 42)

                Sementara mengenai mati, Munandar Sulaeman mengatakan bahwa kata mati berarti tidak ada, gersang, tandus, kehilangan akal dan hati nurani, kosong, berhenti, padam, buruk, lepasnya ruh dari jasad (QS. 2:28; 2:164; 33:52; 6:95).

Ada 3 pengertian kematian yang sering kita jumpai sehari hari :

1.       kemusnahan dan kehilangan total roh dari jasad.

2.       terputusnya hubungan antara roh dan badan.

3.       terhentinya budi daya manusia secara total.

                Dalam istilah agama, kematian di dunia bukanlah proses akhir bagi kehidupan sebenarnya, karena kehidupan di dunia ini hanya merupakan persinggahan sementara bagi umat manusia.

Secara umum, ada 4 fase yang telah dan yang akan dilewati manusia dala kehidupan :

1.       fase kematian di alam substansi

2.       fase kehidupan dunia

3.       fase kematian di alam barzakh

4.       ase kehidupan di akhirat (kehidupan sebenarnya, kekal dan abadi)

From Comfort Zone to Danger Zone

Sejak gue duduk di kelas 12,gue gak pernah lagi punya waktu untuk nulis. Terkadang rasa rindu dalam ‘meracik kata-kata’ seperti ini menyerang secara bertubi-tubi. Tapi apadaya waktu dan kesibukan yang menghambat semua. Dan akhirnya gue punya waktu luang untuk nulis. FYI,gue mulai nulis lagi H-7 UN! Tindakan yang cukup esktrim memang. Dikala teman-teman yang lain berfikir keras (bukan mikir yg membuat ‘sesuatu’ menjadi keras),gue malah asik-asikan buat nulis. Tapi gue ngelakuin ini biar gue gak stress. Jujur,Ujian Nasional di tahun ajaran sekarang cukup bikin gue deg-degan. Lebih deg-degan dari menyatakan cinta kepada cewek yang kita suka dari waktu yang lama. Apalagi pas nembak,si cewek natap mata kita. Wiihh berasa gempa 10 skala ritcher.

Lah kenapa jadi curcol gini? -__- maaf suka keceplosan.

Oke fokus ke permasalahan!

Dengan sistem 20 paket yang artinya di dalam kelas yang berisi 20 murid akan memperoleh paket soal yang berbeda-beda. Belum lagi masalah teknis yang juga harus di perhatikan. Buat gue,Ujian Nasional kali ini gue berasa jadi eksekutor tendangan penalty yang menjadi penentu. Ujian Nasional jadi kipernya,dan kelulusan yang jadi gawang nya. Untuk menjebol kelulusan,kita harus mengecoh kiper agar berhasil mencetak gol. Saat tendangan penalty,penonton akan berfikir eksekutor tendangan penalty akan dengan mudah menjebol gawang. Tapi pada kenyataannya butuh ketenangan,strategi dan doa untuk mengecoh penjaga gawang.

Sama seperti Ujian Nasional...

Orang-orang disekitar kita pasti beranggapan dan berkata “Ahh pasti lulus UN deh” atau “Pasti di bantu sekolah” atau bisa juga “Lo merem gak ngerjain soal juga pasti lulus deh!” . Mungkin tujuannya agar kita tidak stress dalam menghadapi Ujian Nasional,tapi gue kurang setuju sama yang terakhir itu (yakali merem doang bisa lulus). Seandainya memang itu tujuannya,bukankah itu malah bikin peserta UN merasa ‘nyantai’ dan tak ada niat untuk berusaha? Gak masalah kalo mereka emang lulus. Kalo enggak? Bukannya itu termasuk kedalam kasus PHP? Di-PHP-in itu sakit loh. Udah di terbang tinggi-tinggi sampe langit ke tujuh,eh langsung di jatohin gitu aja ke inti bumi. Kerasa kan sakit nya?

Gue jadi inget sama perkataan bokap gue. “Kalo kamu mau sukses,kamu harus berani pindah dari Zona Nyaman ke Zona Bahaya”. Maksutnya kita harus meninggalkan Zona Nyaman adalah,kita harus keluar dari rutinitas yang biasa kita lakukan. Contoh nya,kalo rutinitas lo itu pulang sekolah langsung pulang,trus tidur,belajar sebentar,twitteran,stalking TL mantan,cari jodoh di omegle,trus tidur dan lo lakuin itu setiap hari itu namanya Comfort Zone atau Zona Nyaman. 

Lalu apa yang di maksut dengan Danger Zone atau Zona Bahaya?

Danger Zone adalah Zona ketidak-nyamanan kita. Contoh nya yang biasanya lo males belajar,lo harus ‘paksa’ diri lo untuk belajar lebih giat,atau yang biasanya lo gak pernah mau ngerti dengan salah satu pelajaran di sekolah,lo harus ‘paksa’ diri lo untuk mau ngerti. Memang untuk merubah itu gak nyaman,tapi pada akhirnya kita akan mendapat hasil yang lebih bagus daripada pada saat kita melakukan rutinitas yang biasa kita lakukan dan kita nyaman dengan itu.

Hidup terlalu singkat bila hanya dipakai untuk mengerjakan sesuatu yang kita suka. Kita perlu mencari tantangan baru di setiap harinya agar hidup bisa lebih berkesan dan kita bisa menceritakan kepada anak cucu kita kelak. Kan seru kalo nanti kita udah jadi orang tua dan menceritakan tantangan-tantangan hidup yang kita alami ke anak kita.

“Nak,sebelum papa jadi arsitek seperti ini dulu papa tuh di kelas paling bodoh dalam pelajaran Matematika. Tapi papa yakin pasti bisa! Dulu papa pengen les matematika tapi gak punya uang. Jadi papa suka datengin rumah guru Matematika tiap hari sampai beliau kewalahan. Tapi dengan kerja keras dan kemauan papa,akhirnya papa mendapat nilai tertinggi dalam pelajaran Matematika dan kuliah di jurusan arsitektur dan akhirnya menjadi Papa yang sekarang.

Coba bayangkan kalo sosok “Papa” itu pasrah dengan ke-tidak bisaan nya pada pelajaran Matematika karena tidak mau meninggalkan Zona Nyaman nya? Apa bisa ia jadi Arsitek? Mungkin jadi tukang tambal ban pun sudah bagus.

 Kita semua tentu ingin mendapatkan hasil yang Maksimal. Tapi jangan pernah bermimpi mendapatkan sesuatu yang maksimal bila usaha kita saja masih minimal. Kata-kata yang masih gue pegang sampe sekarang adalah:

“Bila hanya ingin mendapatkan ikan,pancinglah dari kapal yang nyaman di atas laut. Tapi apabila ingin mendapatkan harta karun,anda harus masuk ke dasar laut yang sangat dalam dan menghadapi tantangan dan resiko nya”

Untuk saat ini,hanya itu yang bisa gue bagikan kepada kalian. Buat kelas 12 yang telah menghadapi Ujian Nasional,tetap optimis dan terus berdoa! Lawan kemalasan,keluar dari Comfort Zone,masuki dan hadapi resiko di Danger Zone dan biarkan Tuhan campur tangan. Dengan begitu kita akan mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik. Insya Allah. Amin J

Pelajar Awam bicara Indonesia

Indonesia..

Yaaap! Itu adalah nama negara di mana aku tinggal saat ini. Negara yang merdeka tanggal 17 Agustus 1945 ini,dahulu sangat di hormati oleh negara-negara besar di dunia salah satu nya adalah Amerika Serikat. Coba perhatikan gambar di bawah ini!

Ir.Soekarno sedang menjabat tangan sekjen PBB yg kedua

Terlihat Presiden pertama Negara Kesatuan Rakyat Indonesia, Ir.Soekarno yang sedang berjabat tangan dengan Dag Hammarskjold berasal dari Swedia. Dag Hammarskjold adalah sekjen PBB yang kedua. Bila kita perhatikan,tangan siapa yang berada di atas? Kalo kalian memperhatikan nya dengan baik,akan terlihat tangan Ir.Soekarno yang berada di atas. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ia adalah pemimpin yang mempunyai leadership yg hebat dan di hormati oleh petinggi negara lain. Aku sebagai pelajar yang awam,sangat bangga Indonesia pernah mempunyai pemimpin sehebat beliau..

Tapi saat ini,aku merasa hampir tidak ada pemimpin sehebat beliau. Setiap aku menyalakan acara berita di televisi,lagi-lagi berita tentang kasus korupsi yang dilakukan oleh para pejabat negara,kasus tawuran oleh pelajar,atau pemuda yang meninggal karena pesta miras. Begitu terus berita yang aku konsumsi tiap hari seakan semua nya begitu terlihat klise.

Aku bingung,. Di negara manakah saat ini aku tinggal? Kata orang-orang terdekat ku,aku tinggal di Negara yang bernama Indonesia. Tapi bukankah dahulu negara Indonesia di hormati oleh negara-negara besar di dunia? Apa yang membuat keadaan Indonesia berbeda dengan keadaan Indonesia yang dulu? Banyak yang berkata bahwa hal itu terjadi karena pemimpin Indonesia saat ini bukanlah Negarawan seperti Ir.Soekarno dahulu.

Semula aku tidak percaya oleh omongan-omongan orang itu! Tapi lama kelamaan,aku melihat kemiskinan di Indonesia semakin bertambah. Dan saat itu juga aku membaca berita bahwa presiden kita saat ini menciptakan sebuah album. Apakah beliau tidak tahu bahwa negara yang ia pimpin saat ini sedang dalam kesusahan? Apakah dahulu Ir.Soekarno dan pemimpin pemimpin negara besar lainnya pernah membuat album juga saat mereka masih berstatus sebagai Presiden?

Akhir-akhir ini aku juga semakin sedih ketika melihat presiden memberikan grasi 5tahun kepada Schapelle Corby. Salah satu terpidana berkewarganegaraan Australia atas kasus Narkotika. Seseorang yang dijuluki Queen of Marijuana ini di berikan grasi oleh presiden saat rakyat nya sedang berperang melawan Narkoba. Aku sebagai pelajar awam,mengatakan bahwa ini adalah keputusan yg salah dari Presiden. Tapi aku yakin hal ini tidak akan di dengarkan para petinggi negara. Karena aku hanyalah pelajar awam.

Pendidikan di Indonesia pun tidak memperlihatkan kemajuan yang berarti. Sampai saat ini aku bersekolah di suatu SMA Negeri di Kota Bogor dan di sekolah ini aku tidak merasakan rasa nyaman. Dengan uang spp yang terbilang cukup tinggi,aku rasa sekolah ini belum menggunakan biaya tersebut secara maksimal. Menurut pandanganku sebagai pelajar awam,guru-guru di sekolahku masih banyak yang kurang kompeten dalam mengajar. Contohnya saja,aku pernah mendapat kertas soal dari seorang guru,tetapi soal-soal tersebut tidak terlihat seperti di ketik menggunakan komputer,melainkan kertas LKS yang di tempel di atas kertas HVS dan di perbanyak. Apa jangan-jangan di jaman yang sudah serba maju seperti ini,dia belum mengerti cara menggunakan komputer?

Aku sungguh tidak mengerti..

Apakah sekolah tidak mempunyai dana untuk mengganti guru yang seperti itu? Bukankah guru-guru yang seperti itu hanya akan membuat kualitas sekolah jadi menurun?

Seandainya saat ini semua guru di sekolahku sama dengan salah satu guru favoritku Pak Rully. Ia masih tergolong baru mengajar di sekolahku. Tapi di kelas ia tidak hanya mengajarkan tentang materi pelajaran saja. Beliau juga memberikan motivasi-motivasi yang membangun agar kita menjadi generasi yang akan merubah Indonesia menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Tapi setelah semua yang aku paparkan di atas,bukan berarti Indonesia tidak mempunyai sisi baik nya. Sisi baik negara Indonesia ini juga cukup banyak. Kalian bisa mengakses berita berita baik dari Indonesia di http://www.goodnewsfromindonesia.org .

Aku sebagai pelajar awam,hanya sedang merindukan Indonesia yang dahulu. Indonesia yang di hormati dan pemimpin yang di kagumi oleh pemimpin negara besar di dunia.. Aku harap akan ada generasi baru Indonesia yang akan menjadi lokomotif pergerakan perubahan di Indonesia. Dan aku pribadi juga akan berusaha menjadi generasi baru tersebut..
